Please follow our sampling & shipping protocols when sending in your sample(s).

• STEP 1: Email us at info@docterre.ca to request a reservation in our laboratory schedule. Please include notes on your analysis needs and any photos or videos requested. See our page Analyses & Pricing for more details.

• STEP 2: We will confirm our next available dates for a reservation, so that you can know when to take a sample.

 

IMPORTANT: Please wait until we have confirmed a reservation before taking your sample or shipping it to us.

• STEP 4: Read and follow the sampling protocol for instructions on how to take your sample. Click here to download sampling protocol PDF.

• STEP 5: Ship your sample by courier, and request 'No signature required upon arrival' with your courier service.

​

• STEP 6: You will receive a lab report with the data from your analyses. If you require interpretation of the data or recommendations based on the results, please contact us for a consultation. Standard turnaround time is within 10 business days of the receipt of your sample, except for the Nematode Biomass and Diversity analysis which requires 15 business days. During high volume seasons, turnaround times may increase, but if that is the case we will let you know in advance.
